Why would my question be removed?

I asked for people to pray for my cousings husband. He is originally Iranian or an Iraqi and they married about 35 years ago and have one child and one grand daughter recently born. He comes from a muslim family though I don't know if he's muslim. When they married they had to go through 3 ceremonies one in Britain, one in the middle east and another one. He has cancer, apparently lymphoma. This is a genuine request and a serious sittuation. My cousin and our family is Welsh (european). We all live in Wales.
