Planning to go on a diet any suggestions?

So im planning to go on a diet that consists of 1000 calories only. My meals are all written down it consists of 4 meals and 1 snack the calories add up to a total of 1000 or less. For this diet I plan to actually eat one serving size that is recommended. I will not endure in any physical activity until I get use to this diet for about a week then gradually start exercising slowly but steadily. does anyone disagree with this or have an opinion???? or any suggestions ?
