How do you format the header of a paper in MLA when there are multiple people writing it?

my last name is Berry, and i know if i'm the only person writing it, i put "Berry 2, Berry 3, etc" in the header. but for one cl we have 3 people writing a paper in MLA. would it be like "Berry, Helms, Means 2, etc"??
