I signed a lease, ave not moved in, have no job and co signer never signed (in TX) is the lease legal?

Did you get the keys to the place. If you did not get the keys to the place, then the deal is still not done. I have had a thing like this happen to me. I called them and told them I can't find a co signer and have lost my job. They were jumping with joy that I was honest and gladly cancel the deal. Would you want someone with no job or money renting from you. They don't
