What is HPV - CA1?

I've been married for almost 20 years and both my wife and I have been faithful. I had been very promiscuous before I married. We have both been under an enormous amount of stress lately andduring her last exam, her pap smear came back abnormal. subsequent tests reveal she has HPV. I have been her only partner. Can this be and what type of HPV is CA1?
