I am trying to lose 2-3 kgs of weight in 3 weeks? is it possible for what im doing below?

Aim to eat around 1500 calories a day, which after exercise is deducted should give you a total of around 1100-1200 calories. Try to reduce the amount of carbs you are eating, and increase the amount of protein, and try to have your carbs after exercise.
