When do you think Seattle will make it's move?

Expressing interest in pitchers like (especially) Dontrelle Willis, Javier Vazquez, and Livan Hernandez-amongst others, along with other players like Mark Teixeira and Jermaine Dye, when do you think Seattle will make it's move? They're in the midst of a 6 game skid against two pretty bad teams in Texas and Toronto. It looks as if Guillen and son are on the block, and I've heard Wladimir Balentin's name hung out there as well.
