Since when do certain girls NOT date a guy that doesn't have tattoos?

Ive heard of girls who aren't very hot for guys who HAVE many tattoos, so a few is ok. I can understand certain cultrual lifestyles which i guess would be some stereotypical ones and girls who have m amounts of ink work. But now im hearing from what i can see just normal hot girls who laugh or chuckle at the though of dating a guy that doesn't have tattoos. None of these girls had visible ink. Have you heard of this? What does this say about the person making that kind of proposition?
