Should I add foreign phrases into my story?

My story is about a girl who has lived in Prague,Czech Republic most of her life.Her father is half Brazilian and half Japanese.He is a super rich miser and the family lives in a 16 room apartment,on the river in an upper middle cl apartment.The girl and her siblings know Czech,but speak Portuguese at home.
