My cat ingested kirby carpet cleaner: will he be ok?

I just cleaned my carpet with the kirby foaming cleaner and got online to do some apartment hunting, when i noticed that my cat was licking his paws. I felt his hind paws and they were damp too, so i am uming he walked on the wet carpet. I thought he was in the basement!! --i quickly took him to the sink and used warm water to rinse off his paws and mouth but im still worried about what he already ingested. what do you guys think?? =(
