I dont know, What should I do ?

My grandfather was just shot in the head over land, it wasn't here in America it was in Colombia. His name is Julian Arbelaez if you want google an article because there is a few in spanish just none in english, that i have seen. Well anyhow what I was wondering is what should i do like maybe start a blog or a website in his name ?
