If Obama were to be elected would this be his legacy?

I think his stewardship of the economy would be a disaster. He has no knowledge of economic policy. So far, he's been guessing and following the leader (Hillary Clinton). Obama, if elected, would be nothing more than a figure-head, a symbol, and a speech-maker. He is not qualified for anything else. He would be getting paid to pretend.
