Which one is a better birthday gift?

My birthday is in 2 weeks and i'm debating what gift I should get, my choices are either the Motorola triumph for Virgin Mobile, becuase of the cheap service, or I was thinking a 32" inch TV for my ps3, since my old tv sorta sucks. can anyone help?
