Jay Cutler or Jeff Garcia?? Make or break fantasy playoff move!?

Cutler plays Oakland at home, and Garcia plays the Lions at their home. Looks like Garcia has a better match up, but he just does not throw enough TD's. This is make or break playoffs for me, so I really need to play the right guy. I might need to drop Garcia and pick up Cal or Thigpen for better back up for playoffs. I can only have 2 Qb's, so who should i start??? thanks much.
